ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose features and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the www.faruksaginstore.com website.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 – The BUYER accepts and declares that they have read and been informed of the basic features of the product, its sales price, payment method and the general provisions, and have given the necessary confirmation on the www.faruksaginstore.com website.
4.4 – The product is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address indicated, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, within the legal period of 30 days.
4.5 – The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete and in accordance with the specifications in the order.
4.6 – The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to any problem encountered by the courier company during delivery. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for customs procedures, taxes or additional charges applied by the BUYER's country.
4.7 – For delivery, the product price must have been paid by the BUYER. If the price is not paid or is cancelled for any reason, the SELLER is not obliged to deliver the product.
4.8 – If the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transport, it must inform the BUYER. In this case the BUYER may cancel the order or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is refunded within 15 business days in the same way it was paid.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The SELLER accepts that the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product within 14 business days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
To use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within this period at [email protected] or [email protected], and the product must be returned unworn, undamaged, with undamaged packaging and complete with any accessories or gifts, in a resaleable condition.
When using this right, the original invoice delivered to the BUYER must be returned. The product price is refunded to the BUYER without additional cost within 14 business days after the product and documents reach us.
The Seller is not responsible for refund delays caused by the payment intermediary.
Terms & Conditions / Distance Sales
Under the relevant legislation, you can return your products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Orders with campaign discounts (family, bank transfer, coupon or similar discounts) are not eligible for a cash refund; discounted products can only be exchanged and/or refunded as a coupon. Please read the Distance Sales Regulation.
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged, with undamaged packaging and complete with any accessories or gifts, in a resaleable condition.
The invoice issued in your name must be sent to us together with the product you are returning.
Once the return is initiated under the conditions above and the product reaches us, it will be checked for compliance. Approved returns are refunded within 30 business days using the original payment method. For credit card payments, the time the refund appears on your account depends on your bank.
For returns and exchanges due to a product defect, the relevant legal provisions apply; you will be informed after the product has been examined.
When your order is delivered, open the package in the presence of the courier and check for damage. If there is damage, do not accept the product and ask the courier to prepare a damage report.

Returns & Exchanges within Turkey: if you ship with our contracted courier, you can send the return with shipping paid by us. If you use another courier, the shipping cost is yours.
All countries outside Turkey: for an exchange or return to be processed, the product must be unworn, undamaged, with undamaged packaging and complete with any accessories or gifts, in a resaleable condition, and delivered to us with all shipping and customs costs paid by the buyer.
ARTICLE 7 – DEFAULT OF THE DEBTOR
If the Customer defaults, the Customer agrees to pay the damages incurred by the Seller due to late performance. If the Customer's default is caused by the Seller's fault, the Customer is not obliged to meet any claim for damages.
ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Customer's place of residence are competent, in accordance with the values announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
Once payment for the order placed on the Site is made, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. The SELLER is obliged to make the software arrangements ensuring that no order can be placed without the BUYER confirming that they have read and accepted this Agreement on the site.
